Services

RIDE SERVICES offers convenient taxi booking services through our Website and dedicated mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms. Our licensed drivers, subjected to thorough background checks, ensure reliable and secure transportation. Choose from our diverse fleet of standard, 6-seater, and 8-seater vehicles for yourself or others.

User Account

To utilice our services, create an account on our Website or mobile apps. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Booking

Book a taxi through our Website or mobile apps by providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, along with date and time. We reserve the right to cancel bookings with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Payment

Payment for taxi services is required at the time of booking. We accept credit card and debit card payments. The payment transaction fee, determined by our payment processing partner, Stripe, may vary based on your location and transaction type.

For online transactions in Europe, Stripe’s standard processing fee is generally 1.4% + 20p for European cards and 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards. Please refer to the official Stripe website for the latest information.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment processing is unsuccessful.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours. To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to “My Bookings,” locate the booking, and click “Cancel.”

Refunds are processed automatically within a timeframe specified by Stripe, minus a 2.5% payment transaction fee.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its content are owned by RIDE SERVICES and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties.

Limitation of Liability

RIDE SERVICES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RIDE SERVICES and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement.

Termination

We may terminate your account and access to services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Estonia. Legal suits or proceedings related to this Agreement shall be exclusively instituted in the courts of the Estonia.

Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time, with the revised version being effective upon posting on the Website. Please review this Agreement periodically.
