Enquiry processing hours: Monday–Saturday, 7am–10pm. Requests received after 10pm or on Sundays are processed from 7am the following morning.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you available at weekends and on public holidays? Our journeys run 7 days a week, including public holidays. Quote requests are processed Monday to Saturday, 7am to 10pm. On public holidays, call us directly for any urgent request.

Which areas do you cover? We operate across the whole of France. Our primary zones are Île-de-France, the Lyon region, the Greater West (Bordeaux, Nantes), the French Riviera and the Grand Est. For any other destination, contact us — we will arrange a pickup from the relevant region.

Can I get a VAT invoice for expenses? Yes. A VAT invoice (20%) is issued automatically within 24 hours of each journey. Corporate account holders receive a monthly consolidated invoice itemised by employee or cost centre.
