Cab Services Company is a professional VTC chauffeur service operating across the whole of France. For airport transfers, we monitor flights in real time. For long-distance routes, we factor in adequate margins on corridors known for congestion.
Discretion is a professional requirement. Our drivers do not take personal calls during a journey, do not initiate conversation unless the client does, and treat any information heard in the vehicle with the same confidentiality they would apply to any professional setting.
Comfort extends beyond the vehicle — though a clean, well-maintained, properly climate-controlled car is the starting point. It encompasses every part of the experience: clear booking confirmations, a driver who is reachable, an invoice in your inbox within 24 hours, and zero administrative friction.
Our Fleet
Every vehicle in our fleet is less than three years old, maintained to manufacturer specifications and inspected before each service.

The entire fleet is air-conditioned, fitted with on-board WiFi (where available), USB chargers and complimentary still water. All vehicles are non-smoking.
Our Drivers
Every Cab Services Company driver holds the professional VTC licence issued by the relevant French authority (préfecture / DRIEAT), as required under the Thévenoud law.
Our selection and onboarding process includes:
- Criminal record and driving history checks
- Proficiency in professional GPS navigation and airport procedures
- Training in client reception and professional conduct (presentation, dress code, communication)
- Assessment on major long-distance routes and terminal layouts
- Annual refresher on VTC regulatory changes
Languages: French as standard. English is available across the majority of our drivers — please specify this requirement at booking. Other languages (Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish) available depending on driver availability.
Dress code: dark suit or smart professional attire at all times.
