How far in advance should I book? For standard transfers, 24 hours is sufficient. For long-distance journeys, events or large groups, we recommend booking 48–72 hours in advance. For last-minute requests, call us directly — we will do our best to accommodate subject to availability.
Are your prices all-inclusive? Yes. The price confirmed in your quote includes the driver, vehicle, fuel and motorway tolls. There are no hidden extras unless you request a change of itinerary during the journey itself.
Do you operate outside Paris? Yes. Our service covers the whole of France. While Île-de-France is our densest area of operation, we organise pickups from all major French cities and regions. For destinations outside our main zones, contact us and we will confirm availability within a few hours.
