Preparation Standards
Each vehicle undergoes a pre-service check before every booking. These standards apply across the entire fleet without exception.
Limpieza:
- Full interior clean between each booking
- Visual inspection of seats, floor mats and contact surfaces
- Neutral deodorising with distilled water — no synthetic fragrance
Always on board:
- Still mineral water (500ml) per passenger
- USB chargers at all armrests
- Audio jack and hand wipes

All vehicles are non-smoking. Air conditioning is set to a neutral temperature by default and adjusted on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I specify a particular vehicle? Yes. Indicate your preferred model or category (saloon or van) when requesting a quote. We will assign the requested vehicle subject to availability. If the exact model is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or superior alternative at no extra charge.
Are vehicles accessible for passengers with reduced mobility? Our fleet is not specially adapted for wheelchair users. However, our drivers are trained to assist passengers with limited mobility during boarding and alighting. Please specify your requirements at booking so we can assign the most suitable driver and vehicle.
Are pets allowed on board? Pets are accepted provided they travel in an appropriate carrier or crate and this is declared at the time of booking. Undeclared animals may be refused boarding if they could compromise vehicle cleanliness between services.
